Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, where on child was left in a soiled, leaking diaper for minimum one hour, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in where 0 of 4 staff had mandated reporter training certifcates available for review, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
