Buildings and Grounds. The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. This requirement is not being met as evidence by: LPA observed items within the children's bathrooms to have heavy equipment that has the potential to injure a child should it fall. Additionally, LPA observed cubbies within the "physical arena/gross motor skills classroom" to not be anchored. Items are within and above the cubbies which could fall and pose a hazard to children in care. This has the potential to be a health and safety risk to children in care.
