ZERO TOLERANCE - Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision: (a)The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs. (1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, Based on interviews and record review, the center did not comply with the section cited above in which child was left alone unsupervised during a fire drill, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care. A zero tolerance deficiency is being issued

(g) Disinfectants, cleaning solutions, poisons and other items that could pose a danger if readily available to children shall be stored where inaccessible to children.

(g) Disinfectants, cleaning solutions, poisons and other items that could pose a danger if readily available to children shall be stored where inaccessible to children.

(b) The name of the child care center director, and any fully qualified teacher(s) designated to act in the child care center director's absence, shall be reported to the Department within 10 days of a change of child care center director or designee(s).
