Based on records reviewed, and interviews conducted. It was found that there have been instances where teachers have inappropriately handled and inappropriately spoken to children in care. LPAs discussed reinforcing staff training on positive guidance, personal rights, and appropriate communication with children. The facility was reminded to document any unusual incidents and maintain ongoing supervision practices. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
