Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPAs observed hammer, mop with cleaning liquids, metal apple cutters, alcohol and keep out of reach soaps and air freshner scents accessible to children in care which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Facility will submit proof (pictures)to the department of listed hazardous items being made inaccessible to children in care by POC due date. Air freshners, soaps, and apple cutter were made inaccessible during this visit.
