Based on LPAs record review, the licensees did not comply with the section cited above due to the CPR & First Aid cards expired 06/29/2023, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee provided proof of enrollment at time of visit into an approved EMSA CPR and First Aid course for both of the licensees, course to be taken 07/23/23. Licensee stated, she will email the current cards to Licensing upon completion.
