Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee has an ASTM F2208 pool alarm on hand, however; it is not installed or functioning to monitor the pool and spa which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee was advised to install pool alarm and test its functionallity on a daily basis. Corrections must be made on or before the stated POC date of 12/22/2025. Licensee will inform LPA when pool alrm is installed and functioning.
Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee did not have a US Coast Guard Life Ring available and on display in their pool area, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee was advised to purchase the appropriate US Coast Guard Life Ring and place is in a prominent location withing the fenced pool area. Licensee will inform LPA when Life Ring is acquired and in place on or before the stated POC date of 12/22/2025.
Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee has yet to install their pool alarm or establish a daily log of its functionality, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will install their pool alarm and maintain a daily log of its functionality. Once completed Licensee will contact LPA and provide proof of established log of daily tests. Corrections must be made on or before the stated POC date of 12/22/2025.
