Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care. LPA observed an adult watching the children when the licensee was not at home. During record review LPA observed the adult assisting with 6 children was not fingerprint cleared during the visit. Licensee stated the adult does not live in the home and was only assisting for 2 hours today 3/18/25 only. Civil Penalty LIC421BG is assessed today for $100.00.
Resolution: Licensee stated the adult assisting with the children did have a livescan done 3/18/25. Licensee stated she will send proof of livescan for the adult assisting with the children to CCL by 3/19/25
