Based on observation, LPA did not observe a water pool alarm, therefore the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will provide proof of a ASTM 2866 working water alarm via video to LPA by 01/30/26.
Based on observation interview, Licensee was not present in the facility at the time of inspection and was out of town for the week, therefore the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will provide LPA proof of fully qualified staff in order to provide care on 01/15/26. Licensee will return to the facility by 01/15/26 and will be present at the facility 80% of the childcare hours. If licensee is gone for more than 20% of the day, Licensee will close for that time. Licensee will submit proof to LPA via email.
Based on observation and record review, S2 did not possess a complete First Aid/CPR training on file while supervising children more than 20% of the day, therefore the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 4 staff which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will submit a completed First AId/CPR certification for S2 to LPA via email by 01/30/26.
