Based on observation, LPA observed protentially hazardous items in the kitchen and bathroom that were accessible to children in care, therefore the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will send photos of knife storage, cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom storage with potentially hazardous products such as razors or "Keep out of Reach of Children" products in an area inaccessible to children either by height or child locks to LPA via email or text message by 01/09/26.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 2 records, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will submit copy to LPA by 1/27/2023.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that scissors and knives were in drawers accessible to children, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee moved some items and added latches during inspection. Licensee will add a latch to the knife drawer and submit a picture to LPA by 1/27/2023.
