Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the pool enclosure/fence had a hole in a side fence panel measuring approximately 5 inches x 5 inches, and a self-close and have a self-latching device that does not fully self-latch without assistance from licensee, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: By COB on 08/22/25, Licensee agrees to bring the fencing/enclosure and self latching gate into full compliance of Title 22 regulation and submit evidence of correction to CCL.
Based interview and record review, at the time of inspection, S3 did not have evidence of a criminal record clearance or an exemption, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: By COB, Licensee agrees to submit to CCL, evidence of criminal record clearance or exemption for S3 and all persons living and/or working in the home.
