Based on record review, the licensee produced aB1207 Certificate for mandated reporter training which expired in 2020 as such the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will make sure to go online and renew her mandated reporter training. She will make sure to complete it and email the certificate to LPA Hernandez Torres at : elpidia.hernandez-torres@dss.ca.gov
