Based on the LPA's staff record review on 08/22/22 the Licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 102416 (c) and ensure that at least one staff member present today possessed a current pediatric CPR/first aid certificate. The licensee's pediatric first aid/CPR certificate expired in December 2020. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee stated that she will complete an EMSA approved pediatic CPR/first aid course and submit proof of completion of training to CCLD by 09/22/2022.
