Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. There were several safety hazards in backyard where play equipment located. Lighter fluid by back sliding door, two sheds unlocked with doors open and accessible to children, yard equipment on the side of one of the sheds. There was also a circular saw in a chair outside the sliding glass door. Licensee stated children were outside yesterday.which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will provide pictures of closed and locked sheds, gardening tools, saw, lighter fluid put away and made inaccessible to children in care. Licensee will provide proof of correction by submitting pictures of corrections via text message

Resolution: Licensee will complete the online training for mandated reporter at www.mandatedreporterca.com and provide LPA with a picture of the certificate of completion for the General and Child Care Provider trainings on or before the POC due date 07/14/2022.
