Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in where the licensee stated that emergebct distaster drills have not been conducted within the 6 months which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee agrees to conduct a fire drill and submit a copy of the documented fire drill to Community Care Licensing by 11/08/24, and following at least a minimum of 1 drill every 6 months there after per Title 22 regulations.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the fire extinguisher is not fully charged which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Licensee was reminded that per California Health and Safety Code Section 1548(b), 1568.0822(b), 1569.49(b), 1596.99(b), or 1597.58(b, that there would be a $100.00 Civil Penalty per day for every day the plan of correction is late.
