Based on observation and interview, licensee was unable to locate the carbon monoxide detector and test it, therefore the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will install and test carbon monoxide detector and send photographic and video evidence of working detector to LPA via email or text.
Based on observation, LPA observed potentially hazardous items in the daycare bathroom that were accessible to children, therefore the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will either install a childlock on cabinets or remove all potentially hazardous items labeled "KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN" and provide photographic evidence to LPA via email or text.
