Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in having items labeled "keep out of reach of children", disposable razors and a 5 gallon bucket filled with 3/4 soapy water in backyard, all in accessible areas which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will add a child-lock to medicine cabinet in bathroom, place cleaning items in inaccessible areas and empty 5 gallon under sink bucket after each handwashing session or enclose the area under the outside sink. Licensee will provide LPA with photographic evidence of corrections via email via 11/29/24
Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPAs observed C1 sleeping on a mat with a blanket directly next to a sofa, which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will place C1 in crib to sleep during child care hours, free of any objects in and on the side of the crib. Licensee will write a letter of understanding of the Infant Safe Sleep Regulations and email to LPA by 11/29/24.
