Resolution: Licensees will submit proof of current mandated reporter training certificates for both Licensees, to CCL.

Based on record review, the licensees did not comply with the section cited above in 2/2 licensees did not have current CPR certification which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensees will submit proof of current CPR for both Licensees, to CCL.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which there is no documented proof of any fire/disaster drill available for review during this inspection which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee, Danetta Dooley agrees to conduct a fire/disaster drill by 02/08/23 and submit a copy of the documented drill to Community Care LIcensing by 02/06/23. Ms. Dooley was reminded that per California Health and Safety Code Section 1548(b), 1568.0822(b), 1569.49(b), 1596.99(b), or 1597.58(b, that there would be a $100.00 Civil Penalty per day for every day the plan of correction is late.
