The room is accesible to children and is not an off-limit area, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee shall ensure all ammunition and weapons are stored according to title 22. Licensee will move the ammunition to an off-limit area and ensure its locked. Proof of correction shall be sent to LPA via email by POC due date.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee's mandated reporter training expired on 1/16/2022 which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will complete mandated reporter training by POC due date and send proof of completion to LPA via email.
