Based on interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that she has not been logging 15 minute sleep checks for Child #1 who is under 24 months, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.

Resolution: Licensee states that she physically checks because the baby sleeps in the same room as she is in, but she will document the sleep checks as required as required by regulation, using the sample sleep log provided by LPA or one she makes on her own, and will send a copy to LPA as proof of correction.

Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the last emergency drill was conducted more than 6 months ago in August 2022 which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.

Resolution: Licensee states she will conduct and log an emergency drill by the end of the week and send the updated log to LPA as proof of correction.

Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that she did not have an LIC 9227 on file for Child #1 is under 12 months old which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.

Resolution: Licensee states that she will provide the form to the child's parents at pick up today and will send a copy of the completed form to LPA as proof of correction.
