Resolution: LPA completed an application on Guardian while at the Family Childcare Home. Licensee will contact Guardian and inquire about the clearance by 5 pm on 11/20/2024. Licensee may need to send son for Livescan on 11/20/2024. Licensee will email LPA an update by 5 PM on 11/20/2024.
