Resolution: Licensee will watch Personal Rights and Safe Sleep Videos and submit written statement of what was learned to LPA via email by close of business 10/29/25

Based on [(observation) LPA observed assistant caring for over 12 children, Licensee said she was present taking out the trash., the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in,] which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will make sure she is in Ratio Compliance. if an assistant is not present you must operate as a small family child care. Licensee will watch videos on Ratio and write statement of what was learned to LPA via email by close of business on 10/29/25.
