This is evidenced by LPA observed 8 infants on the premises which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. The licensee is only allowed a maximum of 4 infants at any time even with additional staff.
Resolution: The licensee was informed that she is licensed for a large capacity 14 however she is only allowed a maximum of 4 infants on the premises at all times. The licensee understands the regulation and will terminate the services for 4 children immediately. Licensee will submit to the Department the names of the children who are terminated. The licensee will submit a plan to the Department of how she plans to maintain capacity at all times.
