Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that both licensee's and assistant have an expired AB1207 mandated reporter training certificate which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per Licensee, the three of them will take the mandated reporter training and submit copy of certificate to LPA via email by POC due date of 8/4/2023.
Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that both Licensees and assistant do not have EMSA approved pediatric first aid and cpr which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per Licensee, they will check with company to see if they can provide her with EMSA sticker- if not EMSA approved they will re take the training and submit correct certificate to LPA via email by POC due date of 8/4/2023.
