Based on [(observation) (interview)], the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in Assistant is not currently background cleared to work in the facility. which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee advised assistant had tried to complete this yesterday but the UPS store she went to the employee did not know how to complete this. Licensee sent out assistant to complete today. LPA advised assistant cannot return until Background Clearance has cleared. licensee will advise LPA once it has cleared.
