Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that C1 was observed laying on their back napping with a pillow behind their head in a pack and play which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee's Assistant immediately removed the pillow from the pack and play. Licensee and Assistant stated that they will review the infant safe sleep regulation, sign and date and provide proof to the SDRO, no later than 6/30/2025.
