Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA observed infant sleeping on adult bed which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: LPA had assistant move infant to a play yard which was set up in another bedroom. Licensee stated she will ensure all infants sleep in playyards.
Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the door where the infant was sleeping was closed which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: LPA observed assistant open bedroom door. Licensee stated she will ensure the bedroom doors are kept open where children are sleeping.
Based on record review, the Licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Licensee’s Mandated Reporter Training has expired which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated they will ensure to complete AB-1207 Mandated Reporter training and send certificate to the San Diego Child Care Regional Office (SDCCRO) as proof of correction by the due date of 10/08/2025.
