Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in not having sleeping log on two infants present during inspection, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee Rosemary Aguilar stated that she will ensure to document their sleeping time in the log and send a copy to the San Diego Child Care Regional Office (SDCCRO) as proof of correction.
Based on record review, the licensees did not comply with the section cited above in not renewing the required AB-1207 Mandated reporter that expired on 02/2025, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee Diane Aguilar stated that she will ensure to enroll her and her mom Rosemary and complete the required AB-1207 Mandated Reporter training. Diane stated she will send the completed and current certificate to the SDCCRO as proof of correction.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in not having the required Individual Sleeping Plan LIC-9227 for one infant under 12 months present during inspection, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee Rosemary Aguilar stated that she will ensure to complete the LIC-9227 with child's parent and send a copy of completed form to the San Diego Child Care Regional Office (SDCCRO) as proof of correction.
