Based on LPA observervation, the backyard fence had exposed screws and nails sticking out and backyard door to off-limits garden had a broken lock, which pose a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensees state they will repair the backyard fence to remove exposed nails/screws and repair latch/lock to the backyard fence door. Proof of repairs wil be sent to LPA Poindexter. Email: Gerald.Poindexter@dss.ca.gov
