Resolution: Correction was made during the visit. The licensee understands that all stairs must be properly barricaded when children are present.

Based on the record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above and did not have safe sleep logs for infants in care, which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care.

Resolution: The licensee understands that she must conduct safe sleep checks and log them. The licensee will complete the orientation and submit proof to the LPA via email by 3/6/26, and she will provide proof of sleep logs by 2/25/26.
