Resolution: Licensee states that she will conduct disater drill and provide proof to LPA no later than close of business on 2/8/22 and will conduct regular disaster drills in the future.
Based on LIcensee statement and record review the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as she does not have mandated reporter training certificate which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee states that she will complete mandated reporter training and provide proof to LPA no later than close of business on 2/8/22.
