A lighter and cigarettes are also accessible in the rear yard. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The lighter and cigarettes were removed and placed in an inaccessible location at the time of inspection. Licensee Yaqoob states that he will place a lock or doorknob cover on the garage door to make the area inaccessible to children and he will send a picture of the inaccessible garage to LPA via email by 10/11/23.
