Based on observation, interview with licensee, Subsidized timesheet record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above was not able to show safe sleep logs for 2 infants in care for the month of July which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will begin using sleep log immediately and provide a copy to licensing by 8/22/24 and submit proof to Annette.Sutherland@dss.ca.govvia email.
