Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in as 2 adults visitng the home since 6/4/23 do not have fingerprit clearances, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: LIcensee states will ensure that uncleared adults in home are fingerprinted and cleared and will provide proof to LPA no lateer than close of business 6/6/23 and will in future ensure all adults in the home are fingerprint cleared.
