Based on LPA opening the gate to test it , the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, the gate does not close on it own and when the licensee put a spring in it the gate didn't latch which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee understands that the pool gate must open away from the swimming pool and needs to be self closing and self latching. Licensee understands that she cannot have any children until the gate is fixed. Licensee will submit proof to LPA via facetime by tomorrow.

Resolution: Correction was made during visit. Licensee understands that she can not put climbable, stacked toys near the fence making it accessible to children.
