Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. During the file review LPA reviewed current CPR/1st Aide certificates that were valid, however, the training was not provided through an EMSA approved vendor.
Resolution: Licensee understands CPR/1st Aid training muse be provided through an EMSA approved vendor and renewed every two years. Licensee agrees to complete training through an EMSA approved vendor and submit certificate of completion to the Department on or by POC due date of 2-29-2024.
