Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. During the record review the LPA reviewed a Mandated Reporter certificate for the Licensee and her husband that expired on 6-11-2021.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to complete the Mandated Reporter at www.mandatedreporterca.com and submit the certificate of completion to the Department on or by April 15, 2023.
Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. During the record review the LPA reviewed a CPR/1st Aid certifcates for the Licensee and her husband that expired on 6-3-2020.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to complete CPR/1st Aid training including pediatric through an EMSA approved vendor and submit the certificate of completion to the Department on or by April 15, 2023.
