Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. During review of the Fire Drill LPA was unable to review documentation showing a fire drill was conducted within the past six months. The last documented fire drill was 5-22-2023.

Resolution: Licensee understands fire drills must be conducted at least every six months per Title 22 regulations. Licensee agrees to conduct a fire drill and submit documentation to the Department on or by POC due date of 5-15-2024.

Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. During file review for C3, LPA was not able to review sleep logs.

Resolution: Licensee understands per Safe Sleep regulations children up to 24 months must have sleep checks conducted every 15 mins and documented. Licensee agrees to conduct sleep logs from 5/6/24-5/14/24 and submit logs to the Department on 5-15-2024.

Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses an potential Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. S1 did not have proof of current TB clearance on file during inspection. Regulation states: Evidence of a current tuberculosis clearance, not more than one year prior to or seven days after initial presence in the home, for any adult in the home during the time that children are under care.

Resolution: Licensee agrees to submit proof of TB clearance for S1 to the Department on or by POC due date. Licensee understands all adults around the children in care are required to have a TB clearance available for review.

Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses an potential Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. S1 did not have proof of MMR vaccine on file during inspection.

Resolution: Licensee agrees to submit proof of vaccine for S1 to the Department on or by POC due date. Licensee understands all adults providing care are required to have DTap (AND) MMR.
