Based on the observation, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses an immediate safety risk to the children in care. Upon arrival the LPA began to setup in the kitchen, LPA observed the Licensee’s older children assembling the mesh fencing around the pool

Resolution: Licensee understands the pool must be fenced according to the Title 22 regulations during hours of operation. Licensee agrees to submit a written statement of understanding to the Department by close of business on 7-28-2025. $500 Civil Penalty assessed

Based on the interview and observation, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses an potential safety risk to the children in care. During the facility tour the LPA was unable to inspect an ASTM International Standard F2208 approved pool alarm or a ASTM International Standard F1346-23 pool cover.

Resolution: Licensee understands an approved pool alarm or pool cover must be present and made available to inspect. Licensee agrees to get into compliance and send proof to the Department on oy by POC due date of 8-1-2025.

Based on the interview and observation, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses an potential safety risk to the children in care. During the facility tour the LPA was unable to inspect a body hook attached to a pole of a minimum of 12ft.

Resolution: Licensee understands an approved body hook and pole must be present and made available to inspect. Licensee agrees to get into compliance and send proof to the Department on oy by POC due date of 8-1-2025.

Based on the interview and observation, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses an potential safety risk to the children in care. During the facility tour the LPA was unable to review a daily pool inspection log.

Resolution: Licensee understands a daily pool inspection log must be present and made available to review during the inspection. Licensee agrees to get into compliance and send proof to the Department on oy by POC due date of 8-1-2025.

Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses an potential health risk to the children in care. During the children’s records review, the LPA was unable to review current immunizations for C1. Licensee stated she has been asking for the records and today is the child’s last day.

Resolution: Licensee understands all children enrolled must have current immunizations on file during their enrollment and must be available for review during inspection. Licensee agrees to submit proof of compliance to the Department on or by POC due date of 8-1-2025.
