Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Facility has two disinfectant pumps installed low on the wall by the entrances which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

LPA observed wood rot, chipping paint, broken and warped boards, and protruding nails on the exterior of the classrooms. There were two windows in Room 48 with missing screens. Three wasps nests were observed on the exterior of Room 48. The walk way entrance and hand railings had several rust spots which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
