During the inspcetion,LPA observed that this facility does not have a functioning carbon Monoxide detector, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to provide proof of the presence of a working carbon monoxide detector present at this facility by the POC date

LPA observed that five infants and one preschooler were present in the home simutaneously, placing facility out of ratio. Resolution: Licensee shall bring facility into ratio per the regulations concerning staff-child ratios by the POC due date. LPA discussed ratio requirements for a large Family Child Care Home with Licensee. POC shall be verified by LPA inspection.
