Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in licensee does not have a pool alarm which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licenseee will purchase and install pool alarm and submit proof via email to LPA by agreed upon date

Based on observations the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 1 children in care which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed the mesh fence had been partially removed for repairs.

Resolution: Licensee stated that she will inform licensing of any construction, repairs to the home within 24 hours. Licensee stated that she is taking the children to Brookshire Park for outdoor play. Once repairs are complete she will call licensing or LPA.

Based on record review, at 1:00 PM LPA observed certifcate from CPR Certified Indigo Medical Training for Adult CPR & First Aid which includes Pediatric CPR/AED & First Aid was conducted by Dr. Mary A Williams on 9/29/2020 is not EMSA approved.

Resolution: Licensee stated that she will call Resource & Referral agency or register through an EMSA approved instructor for training. Going forward licensee will make sure training is for Pediatric CPR and First Aid and EMSA approved instructor.
