Resolution: Licensee will remove the infant bouncer. Licensee will ensure the bouncer is not on the premises of the facility.

Resolution: Licensee will ensure all cribs and play yards are free from loose articles and objects. Licensee will review copies provided by LPA of Infant Safe Sleep from California-DSS-Manual

Resolution: Licensee will ensure all employees are current and proof of immunizations on file. Licensee will provide proof of their TB by POC Due Date via email.
