Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Upon arrival, LPA observed a fountain inside the front yard with approximately one foot of water which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will get a cover and place it over the fountain. Licensee agreed to submit pictures to LPA by POC due date.
