Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During inpspection of the fire extinguisher, LPA observed that the fire extinguisher was not charged. Assistant had a second extinguisher, however was the not the required size. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Assistant #1 stated that licensee would obtain a new extinguisher or get it serviced in order to meet the regulation and submit proof to the Departement by POC date 12/20/2021.
