Resolution: Baby was removed from the carseat during visit. License stated baby will be remove from carseat immediately and baby head will not be covered. LIcensee will submit a writtent statement to LPA by 2/2/23.

Resolution: Per licensee, will reduce the number of infants in care, will tell parents to swiitch day care hours to ensure compliance. Per licensee, will submit written statement and to include infant day care schedule/hours.
