Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed one child under the age of 24 months, sleeping in a crib with a blanket, pillow, and stuffed animal which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: LPA provided the Licensee with a hard copy of the safe sleep regulations. Licensee will read the safe sleep regulations and sign the hard copy, indicating that the Licensee has read and understands the regulations. Licensee read the regulations and signed the copy during the visit. LPA has cleared the deficiency.
