Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above.Upon arrival, S2 stated she was a teacher. Based on file reviews, S1 doesn’t have the ECE units and was left alone with 7 children until Director arrived at approximately 8:35 AM which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During file reviews, LPA observed staff (S2) did not have immunization records which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Based on observation, children's records, and interview with the director, C1 that is under 24 months old was commingling in the outside play yard with children that are 2 years and older; this poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
Based on records review and interview;Policy Handbook states in section titled Meals/Snacks/Storage... We do not microwave/warm-up the food. LPA interviewed 3 staff (S1-S3). 2 of 3 staff stated they will warm up food if parent requests for it to be warmed up.
