Based on LPA's observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed cleaning products under the sink in the kitchen accessible to children which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The cleaning products were removed and placed in the off limit garage during the inspection. Deficiency corrected.

Resolution: Licensee states that she will have A2 complete the Live Scan fingerprint today or tomorrow and will submit a written plan by 06/05/25. Civil penalty of $500.00 was assessed.
