Based on the interview and record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. During the file review the Director/Site Supervisor listed is not the current Director. Current Director/Site Supervisor stated she has been the Site Supervisor for, four years.
Based on the observation, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses an immediate Health and Safety risk to the children in care. During the facility tour a carbon monoxide detector was not plugged in. When the carbon detector was plugged in it was not working properly by alarming when test button was pushed several times by the Site Supervisor.
